Corned beef thinly sliced, served in Rye bread with Swiss cheese, grilled sauerkraut and thousand island dressing on the side.
The preparation of the sandwich starts putting two loaf of Rye bread on the hot table, then put the slices of Swiss cheese on top of the bread. While the cheese is melting on the bread the corned beef is grilling next to it and at the same time a generous portion of sauerkraut is on top of the hot table. When all these components are ready the Corned beef is set over one loaf of the bread followed by the sauerkraut and the other loaf of bread. The sandwich is all set and served with a side of Thousand Island dressing. Have a bite and taste it, the salty flavor of the meat is blended with the taste of the sauerkraut balancing the flavor with the Swiss cheese and a sweet taste of the thousand island dressing.
